DIY Love Chain Reaction Necklace - Gold and Amethyst

So on-trend, and SO EASY! The hardest part about making this necklace will be cutting the steel chain to your desired length. You will need a heavy duty cutter. Heidi used an old memory wire cutter that worked quite well. We are seeing this shiny curb chain everywhere right now…and we are here for it! Add a gemstone and voila *chefs kiss*!!

With this DIY you will get 2 feet of chain, so you can really customize this necklace. The sample we made for this DIY has the chain measured at 17” and the clasp is about 1”. So the overall length is 18”. We are seeing this style close to the neck. If you wanted a 16” necklace, measure 15” of chain. It’s really fun look and still great with layering.
