INSTRUCTIONS for DIY Bali Beauty Teal Czech Glass Pearl Earrings

It’s almost as if these Czech Glass pearls were made to go on these Bali style chandelier components. Or maybe the chandelier components were meant to go with the Czech Glass pearls?
