If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, most items may be returned for a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria as outlined below in our Refund Policy. Please contact our Customer Service Department first to discuss whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Orders under $100 AND less than 60 days from purchase date do not need to contact customer service. These items may be returned undamaged via the address provided below. All orders outside of these criteria must have approval from our Customer Service Department.
If you can answer “Yes” to the questions above, please contact our Customer Service Department to initiate your return process at: (customerservice@goodybeads.com) and you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Upon approval of your eligibility, you may receive a refund of the original price paid, less shipping costs.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund on the card where the original payment was made. Please remember it can take up to 2 weeks for some banks and credit card companies to process and post the refund to your account.
Once your return is accepted, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item.

We have a warehouse full of wonderful workers, but sometimes we make mistakes. And sometimes things arrive broken. When that happens, we will gladly refund your money, including shipping costs, or send you a replacement part, whichever you would like. These damaged/defective/incorrect items will be accepted for up to 30 days after purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For your own protection we recommend you send your returns in a strong cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We also suggest that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and thus cannot credit you for these items. Items returned in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
