If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return most items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping. Returns will be accepted for items purchased in the last 60 days and need to be in their original condition and packaging. Please include your original invoice with any return. If you are returning an item because of a mistake we made, we will gladly refund your return postage as well.

PACKAGING YOUR RETURN: For your own protection we recommend you send your returns in a strong cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We also suggest that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and thus cannot credit you for these items. Items returned in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.

RETURNS TOTALING $100 OR MORE
If you would like to make a return that has a value of $100 or more, you will need to first contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization number.
RETURNS SENT IN AFTER 60 DAYS Returns received after 60 days of original receipt are not accepted, and we cannot therefore offer any sort of credit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS We have a warehouse full of wonderful workers, but sometimes we make mistakes. And sometimes things arrive broken. When that happens, we will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement part, whichever you would like. These damaged/defective/incorrect items will be accepted for up to 30 days after purchase.
Please contact our Customer Service Department first to discuss whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
If you will be sending us back some product remember to include your original receipt. Thank you.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
